Insurance Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
We're looking for fun, smart people!! Our office is quickly growing, and we need someone who we can train to support our AMAZING team, welcome our customers, and take on a variety of tasks! Our Customer Service Representative needs to exceed customer service standards to current clients.
Looking for a SMART person who is a quick learner and GREAT with people to become apart of our amazing team!
No prior insurance experience is necessary. We have continuous training and career advancement. Must have at least 2 years of customer service office experience.
Responsibilities:
Welcome customers in the office
Take payments
Process customer policy change requests
Review policies
De-escalate upset customers
Verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information
Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
Ensuring all customers have correct legal documents as well as have taken advantage of all discounts
Overseeing inspection concerns
Help with the flow of the phones and walk in customers
Requirements:
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
Great Customer Service Skills
Driven and goal-oriented individual
Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
