    What You’ll Do

    Help Clients with Policy Updates & Questions – Be the go-to resource for policy changes, renewals, and coverage inquiries.

    Retention & Relationship Management – Check in with clients proactively to ensure satisfaction and policy retention.

    Cross-Sell When It Makes Sense – Identify coverage gaps and recommend additional protection (e.g., bundling home & auto).

    Stay Organized & Efficient – Use NowCerts AMS to process payments, documentation, and client follow-ups accurately.

    Collaborate with the Team – Work with agents to ensure a seamless customer experience.

    What We’re Looking For

    Experience: 2+ years as an Insurance CSR or Account Manager in an agency setting preferred.

    Licensed in Louisiana (Property & Casualty) – Or willing to obtain within 30 days (Life & Health a plus).

    Exceptional Customer Service & Problem-Solving Skills – You love helping people!

    Detail-Oriented & Organized – Ability to multi-task in a busy environment while keeping client records accurate.

    Tech-Savvy & Adaptable – Comfortable with AMS/CRM software and Microsoft Office.

    Team Player Mindset – We thrive on collaboration and a positive attitude!
