Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with clients
Assist clients by answering inquiries related to policies, claims, coverage options, and general insurance information.
Manage claims by guiding clients through the claims process
Assist clients with policy renewals, adjustments, and cancellations
Offering quotes for various insurance products, explaining coverage options and helping clients choose the best plans for their needs.
Resolving client issues or complaints effectively and efficiently, acting as a liaison between the client and other departments when necessary
Keeping accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and transactions to ensure compliance and facilitate follow-ups.
Keep up to date with new insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide accurate information.
Requirements:
A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Create relationships from a cold start.
