Responsibilities: • Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies • Handle complaints, present appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the timeframes set, and follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved • Confirm client insurance coverage and provide evidence of insurance papers to policyholders • Manage inbound calls related to insurance policy concerns, customer complaints, and general queries • Remain up to date on new marketing initiatives to accurately address insurance-related questions using all available tools • If not licensed in P&C, it would be a goal for you to get licensed in the first few months of employment Qualifications: • Possesses basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems • High school diploma or GED equivalent needed • A general understanding of insurance policies and schedules is preferred • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills • Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is required Compensation: $35,000 - $100,000 + commission DOE
