Responsibilities: • Validate client insurance coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance documents • Make accurate modifications to consumer policies depending on the information supplied • Maintain a record of customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our organization • Contact clients for concerns or complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and monitor the situation to make sure the issue is resolved • Manage inbound calls related to insurance policy concerns, customer complaints, and general queries Qualifications: • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills • Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is required • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software • High school diploma or GED equivalent needed • Knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules is preferred Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
