Responsibilities: • Apply appropriate changes to consumer policies based on the information provided • Verify new customers coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork • Track current marketing activities, so you can appropriately respond to insurance-related inquiries with all of the resources at your disposal • Respond to incoming calls concerning policy and insurance coverage concerns, as well as customer complaints and general questions • Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies Qualifications: • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills • High school diploma or GED equivalent needed • Possesses basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems • Knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules is preferred • Previous customer service experience required for this position Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
