Responsibilities: • Promptly respond to the customer's questions, complaints, and comments according to our standards • Keep the schedule for the office running smoothly • Direct walk and telephone traffic to the correct party • Maintain supplies • Do everything that needs to be done with a smile. • Handle the ordering and maintaining of office supplies • Front-end Supervisor • Answer general calls and direct to appropriate part • Always maintain a professional and positive attitude Qualifications: • Property and Casualty license REQUIRED • Spanish speaking preferred • Organized and capable of using Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word) • Some college preferred • A Quick learner would be desired • Management or Customer Service experience • A friendly face Compensation: $20 - $26 hourly
