Responsibilities: • Address customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in person to provide timely and accurate information. • Process insurance policy changes, renewals, and payments accurately in the system to ensure policyholder satisfaction. • Assist customers with filing insurance claims and provide guidance on the claims process to expedite claim resolution. • Collaborate with the sales team to cross-sell insurance products and increase customer retention. • Maintain customer records and documentation accurately to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in customer service. • Strong Microsoft Office skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.. • Proficient in typing (determined by an assessment) • Authorized to work in the US. Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000 on target
