Insurance Customer Services Representative

In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional support to our policyholders by resolving billing inquiries, updating policies, and offering tailored policy recommendations. You’ll also assist new and prospective clients by generating quotes and providing expert coverage guidance. Responsibilities: • Engage with customers to address inquiries and complaints, delivering effective solutions and following up to ensure satisfaction. • Track and manage customer interactions, ensuring all policy-related questions are fully resolved. • Verify coverage for new clients and provide policyholders with accurate proof of insurance documentation. • Stay informed on the latest marketing initiatives and insurance tools to confidently answer client questions. • Handle inbound calls related to policy concerns, complaints, and general inquiries with professionalism and care. Qualifications: • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred). Not required. • On-site position (remote work will be available in the future). • Exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. • Previous experience in a customer-facing or customer service role (required). • Basic knowledge of insurance policies and schedules (preferred). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. • Must have at least a 440 Insurance CSR License to qualify for the position. Compensation: $17 hourly and up to start Based on Experience
