    Job Summary The Insurance Customer Specialist collaborates with the Agency Owner to develop and implement systems, processes, and operations that enhance customer loyalty within the agency. They track and evaluate the effectiveness of loyalty initiatives and customer satisfaction efforts across all agency branches, ensuring consistent and superior service delivery.

    Responsibilities

    Oversees multiple customer touchpoints to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty throughout the customer lifecycle.

    Continuously assesses customer needs to exceed expectations and foster positive relationships.

    Establishes processes for onboarding new customers and identifies cross-selling opportunities based on customer interactions and data.

    Assists the agency owner in achieving customer loyalty and satisfaction goals, implementing best practices and social media content to strengthen engagement.

    Qualifications

    Active insurance license in Wisconsin required.

    Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships through effective communication and regular engagement across multiple touchpoints.

    Proficiency in identifying customer needs and proactively addressing them to exceed expectations and enhance satisfaction.

    Knowledge of implementing customer loyalty initiatives and best practices, including creating and managing content for social media to engage customers.
