Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney for an In-House/Staff Counsel position with prior personal injury insurance preferably with nonstandard experience. Experience with automobile defense is preferred. Candidates must have the ability to function independently and be experienced in hearings, depositions, and be very well versed in discovery matters and motion practice. Candidates will work closely with employees of the insurance company. This is an in-person position. Travel may be necessary as required.

Qualifications:

Competitive candidates must demonstrate the following:

Excellent customer service and decision-making skills

Must be detail oriented and show a high level of accuracy

3 plus years of experience as a trial attorney.

Non-Standard Insurance experience, preferred.

Member of the State Bar, while maintaining all necessary licensing and continuing education requirements
