Position Overview: We are seeking motivated individuals with strong communication and customer service skills to join our team as Financial Services Consultants. This entry-level position has the potential for growth in management and leadership roles. No prior experience is required, as we offer comprehensive training. Responsibilities: • Analyze market trends to determine pricing that balances costs, competition, and supply and demand • Prepare accurate and complete sales reports documenting marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing plans • Actively seek new business using marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other methods • Consult with sales managers and stakeholders to evaluate the company's performance • Build customer loyalty while generating new revenue by developing long-term relationships Qualifications: • This position requires a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor’s degree in marketing or hospitality being preferred • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Marketing expertise and knowledge of sales department best practices are needed for this position • Minimum of 5 or more years experience in sales and marketing with some experience in sales management • Computer skills are needed for this position, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Compensation: $50,000 - At Plan Commission
