    As an Insurance Sales Professional, you will help grow and support a local Allstate agency by building strong relationships with customers and Networking with other professionals to build a referral relationship. You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the referrals understanding the value of Networking with Business owners, Car Dealerships, Property Managers, Realtors, Loan officers etc. Responsibilities

    Generating new business by cross-selling existing customers

    Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources

    Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life’s uncertainties

    Provide a positive seamless experience for our referring partners

    provide administrative support

    General Customer Service representative duties

    Job Qualifications

    sales experience preferred

    Insurance experience preferred but not required

    Confident, motivated individual who works well independently

    Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up

    Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Have excellent networking skills

    Have experience in Microsoft applications and computer skills
