Compensation- $30,000 - $300,000 Yearly (This is a commission-based role with upside earning potential.) Responsibilities: • Recruit, train, develop, and supervise agents with high potential and develop them into top performers to gain new clients and drive sales • Identify, seek, and establish prospects continuously and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor • Synthesize and present financial recommendations and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives • Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, and other financial products • Design customized financial plans suitable based on client risk tolerance, financial objectives, and changing financial needs Qualifications: • At least 5 years of experience in a management or supervisory position • Candidates must have or be willing to get a life insurance license • Superb management, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • High school diploma required; B.A. in business or finance preferred • Open to embracing the financial industry and becoming educated about its relevant state and federal regulations Compensation: $100,000 at plan commission
