Responsibilities: -Assure that all ethical and legal compliance regulations are being followed by agents when handling insurance policies.-Review existing policies, make recommendations for improvement and implement new policies as needed.-Find, train, and manage insurance agents and develop them into top performers and drive sales. Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of the latest types of insurance, insurance plans, insurance products, current insurance policies, policy requirements, laws, and regulations • Great interpersonal, communication, leadership, and management skills • Candidates must have active insurance agent license in their state Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000+
