Responsibilities: • Analyze and report results of content marketing campaigns, sponsorships, events, paid advertising, and speaking engagements to maintain a profitable cost-per-lead balance that drives Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) • Keep an eye on emerging industry trends and life insurance marketing initiatives to report to supervisors • Maintain our CRM system by tracking marketing campaigns e-marketing and subscriber lists, and other necessary information • Consult with creative team on marketing collateral and campaign and promotional materials • Support insurance sales and brand awareness goals through events and other marketing initiatives that foster new and engage existing members of target audience groups Qualifications: • 1-2 years of experience working in a related digital marketing, B2B, life insurance, or similar role in an insurance setting beneficial • Candidates must have core computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel • Project management, analytics, verbal/written communication skills, and superb organization experience is a must • Proven proficiency leveraging CRM, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools Compensation: $75,000 at plain commission
