Responsibilities: • Implement events and other marketing initiatives to drive insurance sales and brand awareness among key target audiences • Collaborate with creative team members on marketing campaign and promotional materials and other company collateral • Maintain our CRM system by tracking marketing campaigns e-marketing and subscriber lists, and other necessary information • Analyze and report results of content marketing campaigns, sponsorships, events, paid advertising, and speaking engagements to maintain a profitable cost-per-lead balance that drives Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) • Inform supervisors of timely industry trends in the marketing field for consideration • Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits in order to recommend modifications, as needed • Facilitate sales by keeping accurate records of personal information of prospects and customers within insurance company databases • Customize personal lines insurance policy options, quotes, and educational materials for potential and current customers Qualifications: • Proven proficiency leveraging CRM, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools • Demonstrated project management, analytical, and both verbal and written communications skills is necessary • 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing specialist role, entry-level marketing, B2B, life insurance, or similar role in the insurance industry is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or similar specialty is necessary • Experience using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel and core computer programs is essential Compensation: $150,000

    • Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits in order to recommend modifications, as needed • Facilitate sales by keeping accurate records of personal information of prospects and customers within insurance company databases • Customize personal lines insurance policy options, quotes, and educational materials for potential and current customers • Employ creative networking and sales strategies to generate leads that convert prospective clients into new clients
