Responsibilities: • Purchase office supplies as needed and schedule maintenance for office equipment repairs, if needed • Update our database regularly to make sure we have current customer information readily available • File paperwork and distribute mail to ensure our office runs smoothly • Record office expenses and perform basic bookkeeping duties • Plan for office events, appointments, and travel for the company • Adjust to the needs of the company and help other insurance team members when necessary Qualifications: • Two years of experience in customer service work or the insurance industry is highly valued • Proficient data entry skills • Must have high school diploma or GED, some college experience preferred • Possesses basic computer skills such as word-processing and the ability to using Microsoft Excel • Has a history of superb problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and communication skills, both written and verbal Compensation: $35,500 yearly
