Responsibilities: • Identify and secure new business through creative sales tactics, including networking and cold calling • Customize personal lines insurance policy options, quotes, and educational materials for potential and current customers • Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits in order to recommend modifications, as needed • Resolve billing, policy change, coverage, and insurance claims issues using exemplary customer service skills • Ensure up-to-date information within insurance company databases to effectively drive sales and current customers Qualifications: • Stellar verbal and written communications skills mandatory • Experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer for personal lines • A thorough understanding of all insurance company policies and insurance coverage offerings, including their costs and benefits • Must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience working in the insurance industry • Strong aptitude for computer programs including Microsoft Office required; agency management system experience preferred Compensation: $100,000 potential yearly
