Responsibilities: • Recruit, train, develop, and supervise insurance agents with high potential and turn them into top performers to gain new customers and drive sales • Use actuary data to strategically set premiums for insurers and maximize profit for the branch and forecast risk and liability of payment of future benefits • Ensure the branch is meeting sales targets by overseeing the office’s financial performance • Review existing company policies, make recommendations for improvements and implement new policies for the branch as needed • Assure that all ethical and legal compliance regulations are being followed by staff when handling insurance investigation claims Qualifications: • 4-year degree in finance or business administration • Candidates must have active insurance agent license in their state • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory position in the insurance industry • Superb management, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • Strong knowledge of the latest types of insurance, insurance plans, insurance products, current insurance policies, policy requirements, laws, and regulations Compensation: $100,000 yearly
