Responsibilities: • Coordinate interviews and skills testing with qualified candidates • Negotiate wage and benefit discussions between candidates and internal leadership • Establish a success-driven, company-wide recruiting process that will attract top talent to our insurance firm • Communicate all offers of employment and denials to job candidates in a timely and professional manner • Collaborate with division leadership to prepare and post new job listings, for the general public and internal candidates Qualifications: • B.A. or equivalent work experience necessary • Exceptional networking skills and the ability to attract great talent while recruiting • Candidates must have strong interviewing, communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to write and edit clear, engaging job descriptions • Over 3 years of recruiting industry experience, preferably 5 years Compensation: $75,000 - At Plan Commission
