Responsibilities: • Advise internal team on salary and wage terms and communicate negotiations with candidates • Develop an effective, agency-wide hiring process that will consistently attract top talent • Follow up with all candidates whether they receive an offer or rejection, making sure to provide clear and timely information • Manage job postings for new job openings both internally and with public advertising on job boards and social media • Coordinate interviews and skills testing with qualified candidates Qualifications: • Ability to write and edit clear, engaging job descriptions • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience required • At least 3+ years of recruiting industry experience, 5 years preferred • Interviewing skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are needed for this role • Strong networking skills and the ability to identify highly-skilled talent during the recruitment process Compensation: $150,000+ At Commission Plan
