Responsibilities: • Write company job postings, making sure that they are readily available on public job boards as well as for current employees • Facilitate salary and benefit package discussions as needed • Follow up with all candidates whether they receive an offer or rejection, making sure to provide clear and timely information • Coordinate interviews and skills testing with qualified candidates • Evaluate all applications for positions and note those with the right skills and experience for further review Qualifications: • Must be able to draft and develop compelling, concise job descriptions • At least 3+ years of recruiting industry experience, 5 years preferred • B.A. or equivalent work experience necessary • Candidates must have strong interviewing, communication and interpersonal skills • Exceptional networking skills and the ability to attract great talent while recruiting Compensation: $150,000+ At Commission Plan
