    If so, you may want to consider joining our team at the Cody Alexander Agency. We are looking for enthusiastic and personable individuals to join our agency as Office Representatives in our Roswell office.

    **This is an in-office position

    Compensation: Base Salary Plus Commission & Bonus ($45,000 - $50,000 annually)

    Responsibilities include:

    Market insurance products to potential customers using multiple methods of communication

    Schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.

    Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

    Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

    Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

    My Training Program Includes:

    Licensing Assistance

    Job shadowing with experienced representatives

    Internal as well as external product knowledge & sales training classes

    Learning to market insurance products

    Setting sales and growth goals

    Requirements:

    Sales experience is a plus (outside or inside sales representative, retail sales, or telemarketing)

    Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams

    Self-motivated

    Entrepreneurial Spirit

    Ability to work in a team environment

    Ability to multi-task

    Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals

    Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
