Responsibilities: • Make sure staff are following ethical and legal compliance regulations when handling insurance investigation claims • Use actuary data to strategically set premiums for insurers and maximize profit for the branch and forecast risk and liability of payment of future benefits • Assess existing company policies, offer advice on improvements, and implement new policies for the branch as needed • Hire, train, develop, and manage insurance agents with great potential so they become high-performers to gain new clients and maximize sales • Monitor the branch’s financial performance and ensure we’re meeting sales targets Qualifications: • Excellent management, leadership, interpersonal skills, and communication skills Compensation: $125,000 yearly - At plan commission
