Responsibilities: • Take all necessary measures to ensure that ethical and legal compliance regulations are being followed by staff when handling insurance investigation claims • Review existing company policies, make recommendations for improvements and implement new policies for the branch as needed • Leverage actuary data to strategically set premiums and maximize branch profit and use predictive modeling to determine risk and liability of payment of future benefits • Hire, train, develop, and manage insurance agents with great potential so they become high-performers to gain new clients and maximize sales • Monitor the branch’s financial performance and ensure we’re meeting sales targets • Ensure Ethical Practices: Foster a culture of integrity by guiding staff in ethical and legal compliance when handling insurance investigation claims, helping them understand the importance of these principles in their daily work. • Mentor and Develop Agents: Recruit, train, and nurture aspiring insurance agents, helping them unlock their full potential and become top performers. Your leadership will inspire them to connect with new customers and drive sales in a meaningful way. • Use Data to Drive Decisions: Utilize actuarial data to thoughtfully set premiums and enhance branch profitability. Leverage predictive modeling to assess risk and determine future liabilities, making informed decisions that benefit both clients and the agency. • Monitor Sales Performance: Actively support the branch in reaching its sales goals by overseeing financial performance and collaborating with the team to celebrate successes and address challenges together. • Improve Company Policies: Evaluate current policies and provide valuable insights for improvements. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory position in the insurance industry • Superb management, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • 4-year degree in finance or business administration • Must have active insurance agent license in your state • Strong knowledge of the latest types of insurance, insurance plans, insurance products, current insurance policies, policy requirements, laws, and regulations • Strong Interpersonal Skills: You have excellent communication abilities and can build rapport with clients and colleagues alike, fostering a positive team environment. • Insurance Knowledge: While you might not have extensive experience yet, a solid understanding of various types of insurance, products, and current policies is essential. A willingness to learn and grow in this area is key! • Education Background: A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred, giving you a solid foundation for your career in insurance. (Not Required) • Active Insurance License: You must hold a valid insurance agent license in your state, ensuring you’re ready to serve clients from day one. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
