    We're a modern insurance agency with a very unique platform that solves an often-overlooked, but very significant problem that many businesses face in their workers ' compensation insurance. We have honed our platform over the last 10 years and now have a very niche offering that solves our target market's Work Comp problems like no other. We have a robust platform of service, a proven sales process, and plenty of additional resources to help close deals. We're looking for an effective salesperson (insurance experience not required) who's willing to learn what we do and capitalize on this unique opportunity. To thrive in this role, the candidate should be willing to travel to California (if not located within the area). A successful candidate would be expected to occasionally meet with prospective clients in person, in addition to attending company events. Responsibilities: • Utilize Salesforce CRM to prospect businesses that we've identified that have a unique problem that we can fix • Track prospecting efforts in Salesforce and hit sales KPIs established by the Sales Manager and Leadership Team • Generate sales meetings, perform sales meetings with prospects, and win new clients Qualifications: • A P&C Insurance License will be required. If you don't have one, we can support you in getting your license as you learn our product • Proven Sales Experience is Required. Does not need to be insurance sales • Need to be able to effectively communicate, manage your time, and work autonomously to hit sales goals Compensation: $150,000+ first year with expected commissions
