Responsibilities
Impress our clients with outstanding customer service, both in-person and over the phone
Listen attentively to clients' needs and offer tailored insurance solutions to protect what matters most to them
Cultivate strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
Proactively reach out to existing clients to review their coverage and identify opportunities for additional products or services
Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement activities
Collaborate closely with our sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
Job Qualifications
Insurance experience required
Previous experience in customer service and/or sales desired but not required
Active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license required upon hire
Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software systems
