About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Insurance Sales Agent to join our team at Allstate Insurance Agency - Carly Pickern in Redding, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable company and help customers protect what matters most to them.
Our agency provides over 20+ new leads daily and we have the tools and technology to help you sell over 40 items a month. Our producer's income range is between $50,000-$75,000 per year depending on the total new business sold. We also offer benefits and PTO.

Responsibilities:
Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
Develop leads and identify potential clients
Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs
Explain features, advantages, and disadvantages of various policies to promote sale
Help policyholders settle claims
Requirements:
Valid insurance license
Proven sales experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Customer-oriented approach
High school diploma or equivalent
