As an Insurance Sales Professional, you will contribute to the growth of a local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and fostering strong community relationships. You will use your insurance expertise and sales abilities to educate customers on the value of insurance and build lasting connections through trusted guidance and advice.
Responsibilities
Achieve sales goals by generating new business opportunities and cross-selling additional products to existing customers.
Identify and qualify sales leads from multiple sources, including referrals, networking, and marketing efforts.
Offer personalized Allstate insurance products to meet customer needs, helping them protect their families, assets, and future.
Provide a positive customer experience
Job Qualifications
Active insurance license required
Strong interest in a sales career and self-starter
Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up consistently
Coachable professional
