    1. Do I need prior insurance sales experience?

    No. Prior experience in insurance or sales isn't required. We provide all the training you need to excel. But you do need to be P&C licensed to sell auto and home insurance in Oklahoma.

    1. Will I need to find or purchase my own leads?

    Not at all. We supply all the leads you'll need to succeed.

    Job Qualifications

    Strong interest in a sales career

    No insurance experience required

    Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty license to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus!)

    Confident, motivated individual who works well independently

    Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up

    Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
