As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling insurance policies to clients. Responsibilities: • Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions • Sell various types of insurance policies, such as auto, home, life, and health insurance • Conduct sales administration tasks, including preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining client records • Analyze clients' current insurance coverage and recommend suitable options • Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and secure new clients • Negotiate insurance terms and premiums on behalf of clients • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention • Collaborate with underwriters and claims adjusters to expedite the claims process • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies Qualifications: • Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable • Strong analytical skills to assess clients' insurance needs accurately • Ability to effectively negotiate terms and premiums with clients Compensation: $55,000 - $95,000 yearly
