All Lines Insurance Sales Agent Our rapidly expanding insurance agency is looking for a full-time Life Insurance Agent to join our team!! You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. We’ll provide the support network and resources to help you reach - and exceed - your sales goals. Flexible hours. • Our hours are 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday. (central time zone!) • Starts out Hourly and moves to Base + Commissions. • Remote positions available. Responsibilities: • Prospect and cultivate leads through various channels such as referrals, networking, and cold calling. • Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies to cover their assets and mitigate risks. • Explain complex insurance policies and coverage options in simple terms to clients. • Customize insurance plans to fit clients' individual needs and budgets. • Generate quotes and prepare proposals for potential clients. • Complete applications for new policies. • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new insurance products. • Meet or exceed sales targets and production goals set by the agency or insurance company. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policies in the agency's database. • Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and coverage options for clients. Qualifications: • Humble and coachable attitude. • Must be able to pass a background check. • Get an Insurance License, and once licensed, sell your appointments. • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED. • Client service experience as a sales representative is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. • Current Life Health and General Lines insurance license is a plus but not required. Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000+ yearly
