Responsibilities: • Listen attentively to new and potential clients, evaluate their needs and their financial statuses, and propose ideal plan options for their unique circumstances and insurance needs • Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction • Devote an unprecedented level of personal attention when implementing a range of effective sales strategies proven to maintain and grow long-term customer base • Create tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profiles • Ensure bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records are maintained to report progress toward monthly initiatives to stakeholders Qualifications: • Some computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office is required • Experience with accounting and or sales lead software is a plus • Excellent communication, customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills are necessary • Insurance license required • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred • Must live in and be authorized to work in the US to be considered for this position Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 at plan commission
