Responsibilities: • Implement marketing strategies including, but not limited, to cold calling and networking to connect with potential clients while simultaneously maintaining a portfolio of current clients • Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to reflect each customer’s individual needs • Stay abreast of any changes to rules or policies within the insurance agency to effectively amend insurance programs for existing and prospective clients • Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs • Take ownership of ensuring there are accurate records of all necessary bookkeeping, client, and sales reports in order to track and communicate the status of assigned goals Your Role:As an agent on our team, you’ll educate and empower families with financial solutions, guiding them toward a more secure future. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma mandatory • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills required; customer service experience is a plus • Basic understanding of sales lead or accounting software is helpful • Valid insurance license required or candidates must be willing to get licensed • Candidates must have some computer experience, including the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office programs • Must have or be willing to obtain an insurance license. • Open to learning and mastering the insurance industry, including relevant state and federal regulations. • Ready to embrace a modern, heart-centered approach to business— our "Lead with Love" program —which focuses on educating and serving clients rather than traditional sales tactics. • Driven, coachable, and eager to grow both personally and professionally.
