This is a commission-based role with upside earning potential. Responsibilities: • Synthesize and present financial recommendations and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives • Identify, seek, and establish prospects continuously and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor • Execute exceptional customer service to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given • Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, and other financial products • Design customized financial plans suitable for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs Qualifications: • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are required; customer service experience is a plus • Candidates must have or be willing to get a life insurance license • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree a plus • Open to embracing the financial industry and becoming educated about its relevant state and federal regulations • Experience using accounting or sales-related software is beneficial Compensation: $100,000 at plan commission
