Job Title: Health Insurance Sales Representative

Salary + Commission opportunity: Averaging $70,000-$100,000 annually

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Health Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will guide individuals, and families in selecting health insurance plans tailored to their needs. Your expertise and personalized approach will ensure clients understand their options and feel confident in their choices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Client Engagement:
• Proactively identify and reach out to prospective clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
• Conduct consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable health insurance plans.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay informed about the latest health insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients about plan benefits, coverage options, and enrollment processes.
• Administrative Duties:
• Accurately document sales activities, client interactions, and policy details in CRM systems.
• Assist clients with application submissions, claims inquiries, and policy renewals.
• Compliance:
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and insurance licensing requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.

Qualifications:

• Education and Licensing:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active Health Insurance License (240 & 215 license).
• Experience:
• Proven track record in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.
• Familiarity with health insurance plans, Medicare, or ACA marketplace products is a plus.
• Skills:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
