What You Will Be Doing:
- Soliciting for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales.
- Immediately greeting all customers entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Fostering strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
What You Need:
- Property and Casualty license is required.
- Outstanding relationship building skills, including the ability to handle customer objections.
- Ability to multitask, follow through and follow up.
- Professional phone etiquette.
Compensation:
- Total average first year earnings range from $60K-$85K through a combination of base salary and uncapped monthly sales incentives.
- Top Sales Representatives have the potential to earn $85K-$100K+ annually.
- Base salary (starting at $18 /hr ) and monthly incentive plans vary depending on work assignments. Position assignments vary depending on business needs.
