    What You Will Be Doing:

    • Soliciting for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
    • Developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales.
    • Immediately greeting all customers entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner.
    • Fostering strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.

    What You Need:

    • Property and Casualty license is required.
    • Outstanding relationship building skills, including the ability to handle customer objections.
    • Ability to multitask, follow through and follow up.
    • Professional phone etiquette.

    Compensation:

    • Total average first year earnings range from $60K-$85K through a combination of base salary and uncapped monthly sales incentives.
    • Top Sales Representatives have the potential to earn $85K-$100K+ annually.
    • Base salary (starting at $18 /hr ) and monthly incentive plans vary depending on work assignments. Position assignments vary depending on business needs.
