Responsibilities: • Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients in order to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance sales • Implement marketing strategies including, but not limited, to cold calling and networking to connect with potential clients while simultaneously maintaining a portfolio of current clients • Develop risk management strategies for each customer to ensure his or her policy needs are continuously met • Keep an accurate log of sales databases, client reports, bookkeeping records, and more to share progress toward goals with key stakeholders • Remain updated about insurance industry changes that may affect customers in your portfolio What You’ll Do:Be the Expert: Run insurance quotes, finalize accounts, and process new business with confidence. • Connect with Clients: Build trust through exceptional communication and tailored solutions. • Drive Sales: Handle high volumes of calls, uncover opportunities, and exceed sales targets. • Solve Problems: Address client inquiries quickly and effectively. Qualifications: • Working knowledge of accounting and sales lead software is a plus • Open to embracing the insurance industry and becoming educated about its relevant state and federal regulations • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma mandatory • Must be a superb communicator able to carefully analyze complex ideas like insurance programs; experience working in customer service is beneficial • Candidates must have some computer experience, including the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office programs • A valid Insurance License (or willingness to obtain it before starting). Compensation: $150,000
