Responsibilities: • Commit to remaining educated about the various types of insurance, insurance-related protocols, and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of program requirements and ensure our customers are satisfied • Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to reflect each customer’s individual needs • Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals • Implement marketing strategies including, but not limited, to cold calling and networking to connect with potential clients while simultaneously maintaining a portfolio of current clients • Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs What You’ll Do: • Be the Expert: Run insurance quotes, finalize accounts, and process new business with confidence. • Connect with Clients: Build trust through exceptional communication and tailored solutions. • Drive Sales: Handle high volumes of calls, uncover opportunities, and exceed sales targets. • Solve Problems: Address client inquiries quickly and effectively. Qualifications: • Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is required • Candidates must have or be willing to get an insurance license • Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree a plus • Must be a superb communicator able to carefully analyze complex ideas like insurance programs; experience working in customer service is beneficial • A valid Insurance License (or willingness to obtain it before starting). Compensation: $150,000
