Qualifications: • Proficiency with accounting or sales-related software is helpful • Candidates must have an insurance license • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred • Working knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance products risk management profiles, and related state and federal regulations • Some computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office is required You need to be a leader who has the following traits: • Competitive • Enterprising • Coachable • Communicative • Self-disciplined • Authentic Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan yearly
