Qualities we're looking for in our Agents: • Prior sales experience preferred but not required. • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Genuine desire to assist families and businesses with their financial needs. • Strong business acumen and professionalism. • Resilient in the face of challenges. • Effectively engage with the community and utilize personal networks. Compensation Highlights: Our commission-based compensation model allows you to determine your income. In 2023, agents under the N8 and N9 Agent’s Contract who met minimum sales targets earned an average of $117,359. Individual performance directly impacts income. Full-time agents receive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan, and a pension.
