Responsibilities: • Provide personalized insurance advice and solutions to clients based on their individual needs and circumstances • Conduct thorough policy reviews and offer recommendations for coverage enhancements or adjustments as necessary • Process new insurance policies, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements • Resolve client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction • Make outbound calls to provided leads, and follow up with interested customers • Meeting sales goals • Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities Qualifications: • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license before starting the position) • 1+ years of experience in the insurance industry preferred. Or 1+ years of relevant sales experience • Strong knowledge of personal insurance products (auto, home, renters, etc.). Willilngness to learn about the industry. • Good, strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to learn or have experience with insurance software and quoting platforms • Self-motivated with a results-driven determined attitude • Making outbound calls and tracking their progress Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly
