Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to understand clients’ needs and suggest personalized insurance solutions • Provide exceptional customer service that builds loyalty and trust with each client • Carefully manage and maintain client accounts to ensure accuracy • Handle client inquiries regarding our products and services with professionalism and care • Conduct follow-ups to confirm satisfaction and resolve any client issues • Regularly update client information to maintain the most accurate records Qualifications: • Proven background in customer service or sales • Access to a laptop and/or iPad, along with high-speed internet • A quiet, dedicated workspace for productive remote work • Excellent listening, interpersonal, and communication skills • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 annually, based on performance.
