Responsibilities: • Facilitate sales by keeping accurate records of personal information of prospects and customers within insurance company databases • Maintain a high standard of customer service excellence when solving billing, policy change, claims, or coverage related issues • Modify insurance coverage, as needed, by regularly assessing their accuracy, coverage, and limits • Take an innovative approach to networking and sales strategies to identify and secure new clients • Customize personal lines insurance policy options, quotes, and educational materials for potential and current customers Qualifications: • Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs; experience using agency management systems considered a plus • Deep knowledge of available insurance policies and insurance coverage offerings, including their limits and value propositions • Prior experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer for personal lines • Superb written and verbal communications skills required • Valid, state issued insurance license is mandatory: Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License Compensation: $70,000 base + commission
