We are seeking a motivated and licensed insurance agent to join our team. This is a position where previous sales experience is required. As part of our agency, you will work with clients to understand their insurance needs, recommend suitable coverage options, and provide excellent customer service. Benefits: • 14 days PTO after 90 days of employment • $250 Medical Reimbursement after 90 days of employment • Ability to earn Friday off • Quarterly and Yearly bonuses Responsibilities: • Build and maintain client relationships through excellent customer service • Analyze client needs to offer appropriate insurance solutions • Assist with client policy inquiries and updates • Generate and follow up on leads to meet sales goals • Stay current with industry trends and products • Collaborate with team members to achieve agency targets Qualifications: • Must have an active insurance license (P&C or Life) • At least 2 years of insurance sales experience • High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree is a plus) • Sales experience required • Strong communication and organizational skills • Self-motivated and goal-oriented Compensation: $65,000 At Plan Commission
