As an Insurance Agent, you'll not only help people protect what matters but also be a key player in community outreach and engagement. Responsibilities: • Educate clients on coverage options, ensuring policies align with their needs • Collaborate with local organizations such as schools, agricultural groups, and chambers of commerce to create partnership opportunities • Actively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement • Stay informed about industry developments and ensure compliance with regulations • Build and manage a diverse client base by providing personalized insurance solutions Qualifications: • A background or familiarity with farming or agriculture is a plus • Passion for social impact and community engagement • 5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development; insurance experience is an advantage • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Proven track record of being a self-starter Compensation: $66,000+ at plan
