About the Role:

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team at Allstate Insurance Agency - Douglas Thompson in San Antonio, TX. This role will support our sales team in providing excellent customer service and helping clients with their insurance needs. This position can be permanent or a spring board into a sales position.

Responsibilities:

Assist sales team with administrative tasks

Handle customer inquiries and provide information about insurance products

Process insurance policy applications and documentation

Assist with marketing and outreach efforts

Support sales team in meeting and exceeding sales targets

Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred

Active Texas insurance license or willingness to obtain one

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
