Responsibilities: • Develop leads by leveraging referrals, networking opportunities, and various marketing strategies. • Cultivate and sustain strong client connections through effective communication and superior customer service. • Evaluate clients' financial situations and insurance needs to offer tailored recommendations. • Assist clients with application processes, policy reviews, and ensuring all documentation is complete. • Perform needs assessments to identify personalized solutions for clients. • Provide follow-up support to clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Qualifications: • Proficiency in using basic computer skills and software such as Zoom, Microsoft PowerPoint, and various Internet browsers is required. • Must possess or be willing to obtain an Insurance Agent License. • Candidates must have US Work Authorization. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding personal goals is a must. Compensation: $85,000 - $350,000 yearly
