Lalumendier, COUNTRY® Financial Representative Location: 1402 S Neil St, Champaign, IL 61820 Objective: The Associate Agent is an essential part of our team, responsible for supporting the office through administrative and clerical duties, managing calendars and schedules, maintaining client relationships, and helping drive new business. Responsibilities: • Quote new business for Property and Casualty insurance • Schedule Insurance and Financial Review appointments • Schedule/reschedule client and prospect appointments • Provide clients with insurance applications and collect signatures • Submit completed insurance applications for underwriting approval • Address and document client service needs and issues • Assist with billing concerns and accept client payments • Communicate with Home Office regarding client policy changes • Register, track, and manage continuing education requirements for the team • Keep office staff and Financial Representative ahead of all continuing education deadlines • Perform general office duties: faxing, filing, mailing, copying, scanning, and document shredding • Maintain office supplies, postage, and sales brochures • Support with office cleaning as needed Qualifications: Requirements: • Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary state insurance licensing (Property/Casualty) Preferred Skills and Qualifications: • Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities • Proficient in personal computing, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access Compensation: $43,500 at plan earnings
